What?
There is probably no other tool out there that, when taught correctly, delivers the path of self-development in such a holistic way. Addressing all aspects of your being - physical, emotional and psychological, it prepares, develops and nurtures your vessel to hold Spirit. It teaches you effortless and full Presence in all aspects of your life, passive as well as active. It experientially delivers unimaginable and previously unexperienced levels of relaxation and teaches you to maintain them under the inevitable challenges and stress of daily life. It helps you tap into unlimited potential to live every moment to the fullest.

This is an invitation to start exploring the art of Tai Chi and Chi Kung, and then deepen your practice and discover the true potential of these arts, by experientially focusing on the principles and internal aspects.
Together we will experientially explore:

How to utilise intention and relaxation to produce movement?

How to relax your leg muscles and trust the structure of the body?

How to relax and deeply rest physically, emotionally and psychologically during practice and in your daily life?

These are the basics of internal Taoistic arts, most people are unfamiliar with this type of body usage. The program will give you solid but subtle foundation in your internal training. You will naturally tap into body qualities and resources you have never before imagined to be existed.

While many think they know what Tai Chi and Chi Kung is, in reality you can only understand after you start to experience the principles and benefits of these arts firsthand. Then and only then, real understanding comes and then deepens with time. This program is here to assist you in gaining that.

Where?
This program takes place online, on zoom.
Sessions will be recorded and shared with the participants, so if you miss a session or would like to use the recording for your practice, it will be available for you. There also will be other supportive videos shared with the participants on topics appropriate for specific lessons.

People of all ages who would like to be introduced to authentic and genuine practice of Tai Chi and Chi Kung, who would like to achieve deep levels of relaxation, higher vitality and energy levels, and those looking to develop themselves in a holistic way. Also it is for those who are looking to experience the principles and benefits of the internal arts firsthand, rather than just mentally believe they understand.
