What?
This is an invitation to deepen your practice and discover the true potential of Tai Chi and Chi Kung, by experientially focusing on the principles and internal aspects of the art.

Have you been studying Tai Chi and Chi Kung for years and still wondering...
-
How any movement can be produced by a whole body relaxation?
-
How to open the joints and create connected movement?
-
How to utilise intention and relaxation to produce movement?
-
What is the role of effortless Awareness in internal progress?
-
How to relax your leg muscles and trust the structure of the body?
-
How to relax and deeply rest physically, emotionally and psychologically during practice and in your daily life?

These are the basics of internal Taoistic arts, yet many experienced practitioners are unfamiliar with them. There are a few reasons for this:

-
The majority of practitioners treat the practice of Chi Kung and Tai Chi as an external exercise. Therefore it does not differ much from any other activity.
-
Many practitioners are trying to use their mind to control the movement and flow of energy, completely missing the inner heart aspect of the practice. Even during the practice, they continue to be in their sympathetic nervous system (fight and flight response, adrenaline and cortisol hormones), rather than relaxing into the parasympathetic nervous system (awareness, peace, joy, dopamine and serotonin hormones).
-
Most practitioners do not have access to an internalised teacher who is capable and willing to open the door to the internal.
-
Self-dedication. Most people are looking for fast and easy results. Self-dedication and awareness, however, are essential on the path of the internal.

While many think they know what Tai Chi and Chi Kung is, in reality you can only understand after you start to experience the principles and benefits of these arts first hand. Then and only then, real understanding comes and then deepens with time. This program is here to assist you in gaining that.

Where?
This program takes place online, on zoom.
Sessions will be recorded and shared with the participants, so if you miss a session or would like to use the recording for your practice, it will be available for you. There also will be other supportive videos shared with the participants on topics appropriate for specific lessons.
