What?
I am excited to announce the launch of a new weekly Wellbeing program "Introduction to Tao - Relaxed Happiness".
Together, we'll work towards and experientially explore these major steps:

Where?
This program takes place online, on zoom.
Sessions will be recorded and shared with the participants, so if you miss a session or would like to use the recording for your practice, it will be available for you. There also will be other supportive videos shared with the participants on topics appropriate for specific lessons.

Who is this for?
Anyone who feels called to improve their well-being, including, but not limited to, health, energy levels, and vitality, through ancient practices such as Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Meditation, Breathwork, and more. This introductory program is suitable for everyone - both beginners and experienced individuals, young, mid-life adults and elderly. All are welcome.

Payment Information:
Your first session is free, allowing you to experience a session before deciding to join. If you choose to continue, the payments are by blocks of sessions (usually 6-8 weeks) at £13 per session. Additionally, recorded sessions are provided, allowing you to catch up if you miss a live session.
Discounts:
Full time students, family members, and individuals facing financial hardship receive a 10% discount.

Children under 18:
Children under 18 can participate for free when accompanied by a subscribed and paying adult. Participation without an accompanying adult is not possible.
