What to expect?
As your coach, my primary focus is to facilitate your journey toward improved wellbeing, starting from the very first lesson and guiding you toward the discovery of deeper states of wellness as you progress in your practice.
I employ a diverse set of tools to support you on this transformative journey, including meditation, relaxation techniques, breathwork, Taoistic arts, Chi Kung, Tai Chi, and self-inquiry. I have been wholeheartedly dedicated to this path for more than 25 years and honoured and grateful to have studied with amazing teachers.
